The room was very spacious and modern, with a fully fitted kitchen and all the latest amenities. The bed was comfortable, and the quality of the linen was great. The staff was friendly and helpful, always asking if we were satisfied and willing to assist with anything we needed. We were able to store our luggage prior to check-in, a great convenience. The location of the hotel was ideal, close to public transport and within walking distance of the city center.
I did find the noise from people walking upstairs and voices being heard quite disturbing, especially in the early morning. the service at breakfast was slow, and the choice of teas was very poor.

The location is excellent as it is close to public transport in all directions, making it easy to explore the city. it is not far from downtown but still in a neighborhood with more character. The rooms are tastefully designed, with light and spacious interiors. The staff are friendly and the bath products provided are of high quality. The breakfast options are good, especially the freshly baked pastries.
The self-check-in process can be a bit confusing, as some guests had trouble finding their reservation number.

We loved the modern and stylish design of the apartment and the friendly and dynamic staff. The location was perfect, close to the Martim Moniz metro station and within walking distance to all attractions in the old town.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect for us, just a short walk from the city center. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with everything from recommending local restaurants to arranging shuttle services. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we could need including air conditioning and ironing facilities.
